BELOW SIGNIFICANT SNOW PACK DUE TO STRONG WIND AND LOW HUMIDITY...

.VIGOROUS ATMOSPHERIC MIXING AND A LEE TROUGH WILL INDUCE STRONG
DOWNSLOPE SURFACE WINDS MONDAY AFTERNOON WHILE HUMIDITIES PLUMMET
NEAR AND BELOW 15 PERCENT. HIGH TEMPERATURES 10 TO 18 DEGREES
ABOVE NORMAL AND UNSTABLE HAINES INDICES VARYING FROM 4 TO 6 WILL
EXACERBATE THE FIRE WEATHER THREAT. THE PLAINS HAVE A HIGH
PROBABILITY OF CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS...BUT THERE IS
STILL SOME UNCERTAINTY ABOUT HOW LOW THE HUMIDITIES WILL DROP ALONG

WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM TO 8 PM MDT MONDAY. THE
FIRE WEATHER WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* AREA AND TIMING...THE EAST CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST PLAINS. WINDS
  WILL STRENGTHEN EARLY MONDAY AFTERNOON AND HUMIDITY WILL PLUMMET
  INTO THE LATE AFTERNOON. THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED IN
  EASTERN SAN MIGUEL...GUADALUPE AND WESTERN QUAY COUNTIES.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...WEST SOUTHWEST 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS FROM 30
  TO 40 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...10 TO 15 PERCENT.
