* AREA AND TIMING...NORTHWEST PLATEAU...NORTHWEST HIGHLANDS...AND
  MIDDLE RIO GRANDE MAINLY BERNALILLO AND VALENCIA COUNTIES.
  CRITICAL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP BY EARLY SATURDAY
  AFTERNOON AND PERSIST UNTIL EARLY SATURDAY EVENING BEFORE
  DIMINISHING.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...SOUTHWEST TO 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND
