  MIDDLE RIO GRANDE VALLEY. CRITICAL CONDITIONS EXPECTED TO
  DEVELOP EARLY TUESDAY AFTERNOON THEN PERSIST UNTIL AROUND
  SUNSET. CRITICAL CONDITIONS EXPECTED TO REDEVELOP BY LATE
  WEDNESDAY MORNING AND PERSIST UNTIL EARLY EVENING.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO
  AROUND 40 MPH TUESDAY AFTERNOON. SOUTHWEST TO WEST 20 TO 30 MPH
  WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...RANGING FROM 10 TO 15 PERCENT TUESDAY

  AROUND SUNSET.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...SOUTHWEST TO WEST 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO
  AROUND 45 MPH. STRONGEST GUSTS EXPECTED FROM THE CENTRAL
  MOUNTAIN CHAIN OVER THE EASTERN PLAINS.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...RANGING FROM 8 TO 12 PERCENT AT THE LOWER
  ELEVATIONS AND CENTRAL MOUNTAIN CHAIN SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 40.
  RANGING FROM 10 TO 20 PERCENT NORTHWEST AND SANGRE DE CRISTO
  MOUNTAINS.
