* AREA AND TIMING...SANDIA...MANZANO AND GALLINAS MOUNTAINS BELOW
  ANY SNOW PACK...THE NORTHEAST HIGHLANDS AND THE NORTHEAST AND
  EAST CENTRAL PLAINS. CRITICAL CONDITIONS ARE WILL DEVELOP AROUND
  MIDDAY MONDAY AND THEN DIMINISH BY MID EVENING.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...SOUTHWEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH
  MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...7 TO 15 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
