SUNDAY EVENING FROM THE WEST CENTRAL AND NORTHWEST HIGHLANDS...THE
NORTHWEST PLATEAU...AND ACROSS THE MIDDLE RIO GRANDE VALLEY AND
THE EAST CENTRAL PLAINS DUE TO STRONG WINDS AND VERY LOW RELATIVE
HUMIDITY...

.SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 30 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH
THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTHERN AND EASTERN NEW
