.DISCUSSION...Observations near the burn site reveal generally
west-southwest breezes, which are forecast to turn more true
southwesterly by late afternoon. Gusts up to around 20 mph are
possible by mid/late afternoon. Relative humidity is also around
20 percent, and is forecast to drop into the teens by peak heating
later this afternoon. Winds stay breezy overnight, and turn more
