.SYNOPSIS FOR THE WESTERN GULF OF ALASKA...

Weak low pressure dissipates over the Gulf through Tue morning. A
993 mb North Pacific low moves to 55N 148W Tue afternoon and then
to 59N 145W at 998 mb on Wed morning. The low tracks to Prince
William Sound at 1009 mb by Wed afternoon. Its front lingers along
the northeast Gulf coast from Tue night through Wed afternoon.
