THUNDERSTORM... CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THIS
THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR KITTY HAWK...OR 11 NM NORTH OF THE
CENTER OF ROANOKE SOUND...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 KNOTS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
SOUTH TOWER AND KILL DEVIL HILLS.
