THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR 10 NM SE FENWICK ISLAND...MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 25 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
