...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM TO 6 PM EST SUNDAY...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwestern Connecticut,
western Massachusetts, Mohawk Valley, Schoharie Valley, Capital
Region, eastern Catskills into the mid Hudson Valley.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Widespread hazardous weather is low at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

   Wind Advisory.

Lake effect snow is expected downwind of Lake Ontario late Sunday
into Monday. There remains uncertainty as to exactly where the
heaviest snow will occur and how far inland it will extend. Total
snowfall of 3 to 6 inches is possible over the far western Mohawk
Valley and Western Adirondacks, with amounts tapering with eastward
extent to less than an inch in the Capital District.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time. However, spotters
are encouraged to relay wind and wind related damage to the National
Weather Service in Albany.

George Saratoga Region including southern Vermont.

Widespread hazardous weather is low at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Lake effect snow is expected downwind of Lake Ontario late Sunday
into Monday. There remains uncertainty as to exactly where the
heaviest snow will occur and how far inland it will extend. Total
snowfall of 3 to 6 inches is possible over the Western Adirondacks,
with amounts tapering with eastward extent. 1 to 3 inches is
possible over the Green Mountains as well.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time. However, spotter
assistance with snow fall reports may be needed Sunday into Monday.
