CENTRAL NEW YORK.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

   FLASH FLOOD WATCH.

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED AHEAD OF A COLD
FRONT THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING. SOME OF THE THUNDERSTORMS MAY
BE STRONG WITH GUSTY WINDS AND HAIL AS WELL AS PRODUCE TORRENTIAL
RAINFALL.

THERE IS AN ISOLATED THREAT THAT A FEW OF THE THUNDERSTORMS MAY
BE SEVERE PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 58
MPH...ESPECIALLY DURING THE AFTERNOON...AS THE FRONT MOVES
THROUGH.
