* LOCATIONS...THE SOUTHERN ADIRONDACKS THAT INCLUDE NORTHERN
  HERKIMER...HAMILTON...AND NORTHERN WARREN COUNTIES.

* HAZARDS...POTENTIAL FOR WIDESPREAD FROST.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE MID 20S TO 32 DEGREES.

* TIMING...LATE THURSDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...VEGETATION WHICH IS NOT PROTECTED OR HARVESTED WILL BE
  DAMAGE BY SUBFREEZING TEMPERATURES.
