THE OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE AND THE NORTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE THROUGH THE
EARLY EVENING. ANY RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE VERY LIGHT WITH AMOUNTS
JUST BARELY OVER A TRACE. A WEST TO NORTHWEST WIND AT 20 TO 30 MILES
AN HOUR WITH HIGHER GUSTS WILL DECREASE TOWARD SUNSET.
