OKLAHOMA AND NORTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLES THROUGH 6 AM. THESE STORMS
WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PERIODS OF HEAVY RAIN WHICH COULD LEAD
TO LOCALIZED FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE AND FLOOD PRONE AREAS. BRIEF
WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH COULD ALSO BE POSSIBLE WITH STRONGER EMBEDDED
STORMS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS SHOULD RANGE BETWEEN THREE QUARTERS OF AN
INCH UP TO AN INCH AND A HALF THROUGH 6 AM. COMMUNITIES LIKELY TO BE
IMPACTED AREA SPEARMAN...BORGER...STINNETT...MORSE...AND MIAMI.
