THE PANHANDLES THROUGH MID MORNING. NO SEVERE WEATHER IS
EXPECTED...BUT HEAVY RAIN AND WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGER STORMS. SOME PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS
AND LOCALIZED FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE FROM THE HEAVY RAIN.
