PANHANDLE WILL GENERATE SCATTERED SHOWERS AND POSSIBLY A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH 5 PM. THESE SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL MOVE SLOWLY
EAST AND WILL AFFECT LOCATIONS MAINLY ALONG AND NORTHWEST OF A ROMERO TO
GRUVER TO SLAPOUT LINE THROUGH LATE AFTERNOON. SOME OF THE STRONGER
STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING BRIEF HEAVY RAIN AND GUSTY WINDS
TO AROUND 40 MILES AN HOUR. TEXLINE...TEXHOMA...STRATFORD...GRUVER...
BEAVER...FORGAN AND KNOWLES ARE A FEW PLACES THAT MAY BE AFFECTED BY
THE SHOWERS AND STORMS THROUGH 5 PM.
