PATCHY FOG WILL AFFECT PORTIONS OF THE OKLAHOMA AND TEXAS PANHANDLES
THROUGH 8 AM THIS MORNING. THE FOG HAS MAINLY BEEN LOCATED ACROSS THE
WESTERN TEXAS PANHANDLE BUT AS WE APPROACH SUNRISE FOG WILL SPREAD
EASTWARD TO IMPACT THE BETTER PART OF THE PANHANDLES. VISIBILITY WILL
RANGE FROM 1 MILE TO 5 MILES WITH ISOLATED SPOTS DROPPING AS LOW AS A
QUARTER MILE. USE CAUTION WHEN DRIVING THIS MORNING.
