ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON AND
EARLY THIS EVENING ACROSS THE WESTERN OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE AND THE
NORTHWEST TEXAS PANHANDLE. A FAVORED AREA FOR DEVELOPMENT WILL
BE ALONG A BOUNDARY FROM NEAR TEXLINE TO ELKHART...INCLUDING
LOCATIONS SUCH AS BOISE CITY...FELT AND STURGIS. MOVEMENT WILL
BE A SLOW DRIFT TO THE EAST. STORMS TODAY ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BECOME
SEVERE...BUT HEAVY RAINS...SMALL HAIL AND GUSTS TO AROUND 45 MPH CAN
BE EXPECTED WITH THE STRONGER STORMS. OTHER ISOLATED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS MAY DEVELOP LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING
ACROSS THE WESTERN ONE THIRD OF THE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES.
