MOVE VERY SLOWLY TO THE NORTHEAST ACROSS THE WESTERN OKLAHOMA
PANHANDLE THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING. OTHER ISOLATED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE SOUTHWEST TEXAS
PANHANDLE. SOME OF THE STRONGER STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
BRIEF HEAVY RAIN AND GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 40 MILES AN HOUR.
