OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES THIS MORNING...WITH AREAS ALONG AND EAST OF A
BEAVER TO PAMPA LINE MOST LIKELY TO SEE FOG. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE
BY AROUND 10 AM. THE FOG MAY REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO 2 TO 3 MILES IN
SPOTS SO MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO SLOW DOWN THIS MORNING.
