DEVELOP AND MOVE EAST SOUTHEAST AROUND 15 MPH ACROSS THE PANHANDLES
EARLY THIS MORNING. THROUGH 6 AM CDT...THE GREATER COVERAGE OF
PRECIPITATION WILL BE EAST OF A BOISE CITY TO WELLINGTON
LINE...ALTHOUGH SOME OTHER SHOWERS AND EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS WILL
START TO MOVE INTO THE FAR SOUTHWEST TEXAS PANHANDLE. LOCALLY HEAVY
RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGER STORMS.
