SOME LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE THROUGH THE EASTERN AND
SOUTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE THIS MORNING. MOST OF THE SNOW WILL BE
FOUND SOUTHEAST OF A LINE FROM CHANNING TO PERRYTON. ANY SNOWFALL
AMOUNTS THROUGH 11 AM THIS MORNING WILL BE UNDER ONE INCH. A NORTH
WIND WILL CONTINUE AT 25 TO 30 MILES AN HOUR WITH GUSTS CLOSE TO 40
MILES AN HOUR.
