Showers and thunderstorms continue to develop and move into the
southern and eastern Texas Panhandle and the eastern Oklahoma
Panhandle. This activity is moving northeast around 30 mph.
Lightning and small hail around pea size will be a threat, along with
temperatures near or just below freezing. Freezing rain will produce
light ice accumulations, especially on elevated surfaces such as on
vehicles, trees and overpasses. The shower and thunderstorm activity
will continue to move northeast through 4pm CST.
