DEVELOP ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE SOUTHERN AND EASTERN TEXAS PANHANDLE
EARLY THIS AFTERNOON...PRIMARILY ALONG AND EAST OF A FOLLETT TO PAMPA
TO CANYON LINE. THROUGH 3 PM...THE STRONGER STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 45 MPH AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN.
MOVEMENT WILL BE TO THE EAST SOUTHEAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH.
