MPH ACROSS THE EASTERN TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES THROUGH 10 AM.
ALANREED...MCLEAN...CLARENDON...HEDLEY...SHAMROCK...CANADIAN...AND
WELLINGTON ARE LOCATIONS THAT WILL LIKELY BE AFFECTED. GUSTY WINDS TO
AROUND 30 MPH AND BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL IN EXCESS OF ONE QUARTER OF
AN INCH PER HOUR MAY ACCOMPANY THE STRONGEST STORMS.

ALSO PATCHY FOG HAS DEVELOPED OVER MOST OF THE TEXAS PANHANDLE THIS
MORNING. VISIBILITIES MAY BE REDUCED AS LOW AS ONE HALF MILE BRIEFLY
WHILE GENERALLY RANGING FROM UNRESTRICTED DOWN TO 3 MILES. USE
CAUTION ON THE MORNING COMMUTE AS VISIBILITIES CAN CHANGE QUICKLY
OVER SHORT DISTANCES.
