A BAND OF LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE ALONG AND SOUTH OF THE CANADIAN
RIVER THIS MORNING. ANY NEW SNOWFALL WILL BE LESS THAN ONE INCH FROM
VEGA TO AMARILLO TO PAMPA TO CANADIAN THROUGH NOON. A NORTH WIND WILL
CONTINUE AT 20 TO 30 MILES AN HOUR WITH HIGHER GUSTS. THE SNOW IS
EXPECTED TO COME TO AN END BY THIS AFTERNOON WITH SOME BREAKS IN THE
CLOUDS DEVELOPING FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST.
