  50 MPH ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE WESTERN AND CENTRAL SECTIONS OF
  THE OKLAHOMA AND TEXAS PANHANDLES THIS AFTERNOON INTO EARLY
  THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...THE STRONG WINDS WILL DIMINISH AFTER 8 PM THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS...LOOSE OR LIGHTWEIGHT OUTDOOR OBJECTS SUCH AS LAWN
  FURNITURE OR TRASH CANS MAY BE BLOWN AROUND BY THE STRONG
