  MPH ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
  PANHANDLE THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL REMAIN STRONG THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS...THESE STRONG WINDS WILL MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY
