* 20 FOOT WINDS...SOUTHWESTERLY 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO NEAR
  40 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...5 TO 15 PERCENT.

* TIMING...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE
  REACHED BY NOON CDT SATURDAY. ALTHOUGH STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS
