The National Weather Service in Amarillo has cancelled the Fire
Weather Watch which was in effect for this afternoon and this
evening.

No critical fire weather conditions are expected today. However,
elevated fire weather conditions are expected to develop this
afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Fire Weather Watch means that the potential for critical fire
weather conditions exists. Listen for later forecasts and
possible red flag warnings.

  Roberts...Hemphill...Carson...Gray...Wheeler...Armstrong...
  Donley and Collingsworth.

* 20 Foot Winds...West to southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with 50
  to 60 mph gusts.

* Relative Humidity...15 to 25 percent. RFTI categories 4.

* Timing...Elevated to possibly marginally critical fire weather
  conditions are expected to begin around 9 AM CST Sunday and end
  around 6 PM CST Sunday evening.
