  APPROACHING 6 INCHES ARE EXPECTED TODAY. WIND CHILL VALUES OF 5
  DEGREES BELOW ZERO TO 13 DEGREES BELOW ZERO ARE EXPECTED.

* TIMING...MODERATE SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS MORNING AND INTO
