STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS
AFTERNOON TO 6 PM CST THURSDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER
IN EFFECT.

* EVENT...6 TO 10 INCHES OF SNOW ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE
  SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS PANHANDLE. LOCALLY HIGHER
  AMOUNTS WILL BE POSSIBLE.

* TIMING...SNOW SHOULD BEGIN LATE THIS AFTERNOON. PRECIPITATION MAY
  START AS RAIN BEFORE QUICKLY CHANGING TO SNOW. SNOW WILL BE
  HEAVIEST TONIGHT AND EARLY THURSDAY MORNING BEFORE TAPERING OFF
  DURING THE DAY THURSDAY.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL LIKELY BECOME HAZARDOUS.
