  PANHANDLES TODAY. ANY ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS THROUGH THIS EVENING
  ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN BELOW ONE INCH. ANOTHER ROUND OF HEAVIER
  SNOW WILL IMPACT THE AREA LATE TONIGHT THROUGH EARLY FRIDAY
  AFTERNOON...WITH ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES EXPECTED
  DURING THIS TIME.
