WEDNESDAY TO 6 PM CST THURSDAY FOR THE NORTHWESTERN COMBINED PANHANDLES.

* EVENT...4 TO 8 INCHES OF SNOW ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS NORTHWEST
  SECTIONS OF THE COMBINED PANHANDLES. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS
  WILL BE POSSIBLE.

* TIMING...SNOW SHOULD BEGIN AROUND DAYBREAK WEDNESDAY MORNING.
  PRECIPITATION MIGHT START AS A BIT OF RAIN BEFORE QUICKLY
  CHANGING TO SNOW. SNOW WILL BE HEAVIEST DURING THE DAY
  WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY EVENING BEFORE TAPERING OFF THURSDAY
  MORNING.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL LIKELY BECOME HAZARDOUS.
