* EVENT...LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WITH ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES
  CAN BE EXPECTED TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY MORNING ACROSS THE FAR
  WESTERN PANHANDLES. ANOTHER ROUND OF HEAVIER SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE
  THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY AFTERNOON WHERE 2 TO 4 ADDITIONAL
  INCHES OF SNOWFALL CAN BE EXPECTED.

* TIMING...FIRST ROUND OF ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL WILL BEGIN TONIGHT
  INTO THURSDAY MORNING. A BRIEF BREAK IN PRECIPITATION WILL OCCUR
  DURING THE DAY ON THURSDAY BEFORE THE SECOND ROUND OF ACCUMULATING
