  SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS AROUND ONE INCH OR LESS THROUGH 6 PM. TOTAL
  SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 6 TO 14 INCHES ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE
  WESTERN AND CENTRAL SECTIONS OF THE OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE AS WELL AS
  MUCH OF THE TEXAS PANHANDLE.

* TIMING...OCCASIONAL LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING...THEN
  DIMINISH FROM NORTH TO SOUTH ACROSS THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL REMAIN VERY DANGEROUS TODAY.
