* EVENT...A POTENT STORM SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO MOVE OVER THE
  PANHANDLES AND BRING SNOW TO THE WESTERN OKLAHOMA PANHANDLE THROUGH
  NOON ON TUESDAY. STORM TOTAL SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED TO RANGE BETWEEN
  1 TO 2 INCHES.

* TIMING...SNOW IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT AND SHOULD
  END BY 12 PM CST TUESDAY.

* IMPACTS...ROADS COULD BECOME SNOW PACKED AND SLICK. ALLOW
  EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION SAFELY. SLOW DOWN AND
  LEAVE PLENTY OF SPACE BETWEEN YOUR VEHICLE AND THE ONE AHEAD
  OF YOU.
