...FREEZING RAIN AND LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS POSSIBLE TONIGHT
THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING...

A disturbance will bring increasing precipitation chances to
western and central North Dakota this evening and into the
overnight hours, moving out by Friday evening. Precipitation
should begin as rain across the southwest, transitioning to
freezing rain as it moves into the central, and eventually into
snow across the north. Light snow accumulations ranging from 1 to
3 inches will be possible across the north, generally along and
north of Highway 2. Further south, expect some ice accumulations,
ranging from a light glaze to around a tenth of an inch. Be sure
to check the latest forecast information and road conditions
before heading out.
