...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH THURSDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...All of Central Alabama.

* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - An area of showers and thunderstorms with heavy rainfall will
    enter west Alabama Wednesday afternoon and track slowly
    eastward through Wednesday night. Rainfall amounts of 3 to 4
    inches with locally higher amounts are expected.
