...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN BLOUNT COUNTY
THROUGH 930 PM CDT...

At 852 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Inland Lake, or near Springville, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Oneonta, Inland Lake, Highland Lake, and Holly Springs.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
central Alabama.
