PRODUCE FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...SMALL HAIL...WIND
GUSTS TO 45 MPH AND BRIEF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL...UP TO ONE
HALF INCH IN 30 MINUTES. THE STORMS WILL INCREASE IN COVERAGE OVER
THE REST OF THE NORTH CENTRAL MOUNTAINS THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON.
