PLAINS LATE THIS EVENING. THROUGH 930 PM...THE MOST NUMEROUS
STORMS WILL OCCUR ALONG AND NORTH OF A LINE FROM LONGMONT TO
DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. THE STRONGEST STORMS IN NORTHERN
WELD COUNTY NORTH OF A LINE FROM WELLINGTON TO BRIGGSDALE WILL
PRODUCE A PERIOD OF HEAVY RAIN...SMALL HAIL...GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS
TO AROUND 40 MPH...AND FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. UP TO A
HALF INCH OF RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THOSE STORMS. STORMS
FARTHER SOUTH AROUND LONGMONT TO NEAR DIA WILL ALSO PRODUCE CLOUD
TO GROUND LIGHTNING BUT RAINFALL AMOUNTS MOSTLY UNDER A QUARTER
INCH.
