LATE MORNING. SNOWFALL RATES WILL BE A QUARTER TO HALF INCH PER
HOUR. WEST WINDS AT 20 TO 40 MPH WILL BECOME MORE COMMON OVER THE
HIGHER MOUNTAINS...PRODUCING AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.
THE SNOW AND WIND WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON WITH
TRAVEL CONDITIONS DETERIORATING.
