DIVIDE. SNOWFALL RATES WILL GENERALLY BE LESS THAN ONE QUARTER
INCH PER HOUR. NORTHWEST WINDS AT 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45
MPH OVER HIGHER RIDGES WILL PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING AND DRIFTING
SNOW WITH VISIBILITIES BELOW A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES. WIND CHILLS
WILL BE FROM 10 BELOW TO 20 BELOW OVER HIGHER AREAS. DRIVERS
