...HIGH WIND WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH
TUESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph
  possible.

* WHERE...Fort Collins, Briggsdale, Fort Morgan, Limon, Southern
  Lincoln County, Sterling, Akron, Julesburg, and Holyoke.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Tree damage and power outages are possible. Blowing dust
  will reduce visibility to less than a quarter mile in places.
