.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
A weak frontal system will remain across the waters through Sunday.
Seas will start to build Sunday night as Hurricane Jose  eventually
slowly moves north during the next 72 hours. It remains uncertain
how close Jose will come to the coastal waters and its  specific
intensity. Mariners should monitor the latest forecasts  from the
National Hurricane Center at www.nhc.noaa.gov.
