.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
A developing coastal trough will bring an area of showers across
the waters today into tonight. Southwest winds may gust up to gale
force at times along the near shore waters Sunday and Sunday
evening ahead of an approaching cold front from the W. Scattered
showers will push across late Sunday into early Monday. The front
will move offshore by around midday Monday. Another large high
pressure area will build across the eastern half of the U.S. through
the middle of next week.
