.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
A weak frontal system will remain over the waters for this  weekend.
Seas will build by early next week as Hurricane Jose  slowly moves
across the wrn Atlantic. It remains uncertain how  close Jose will
come to the coastal waters and its specific  intensity. Mariners
should monitor the latest forecasts from the  National Hurricane
Center at www.nhc.noaa.gov.
