COLD FRONT WILL THEN CROSS THE WATERS THU WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR
GALE FORCE WIND GUSTS THU AFTERNOON AND EVE.  ANOTHER LOW PRES WILL
DEVELOP NEAR SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND LATE FRI INTO EARLY SAT...FOLLOWED
BY AN ARCTIC OUTBREAK THIS WEEKEND. AREAS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY
FREEZING SPRAY AND GALE FORCE WIND GUSTS ARE LIKELY THIS WEEKEND AS
