GALE FORCE NORTHWEST WIND GUSTS ALONG WITH AREAS OF HEAVY FREEZING
SPRAY AND ARCTIC SEA SMOKE WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING...BEFORE
GRADUALLY DIMINISHING. HIGH PRES WILL THEN BUILD OVER THE WATERS
TONIGHT INTO MON AM. AN INTENSIFYING LOW PRES CENTER WILL MOVE
FROM VIRGINIA TO NEW YORK STATE OR WESTERN NEW ENGLAND BY TUE
AFTERNOON.  THIS LOW WILL MOVE TO EASTERN CANADA TUESDAY NIGHT.
