.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...

A trailing cold front to a deep low over the Great Lakes Region will
become the focus of moderate to heavy rain along with southerly
gales late tonight into Wednesday. Pushing offshore into Thursday,
a ridge of high pressure follows for Friday into Saturday. Another
shot of active weather is possible towards the end of the weekend
into early next week.
