.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
High pressure will slide east of the waters overnight. A warm
southwest wind sets up for Friday into the weekend with periods  of
showers from the remnants of tropical Cindy. There will likely  be
periods of moderate to occasionally heavy rain for Friday into
Saturday. A cold front will slowly pass east of the water by  Sunday
morning.
